A seasoned expert in leadership, recruitment, HR, labor law, operations and change management, she has a proven track record of helping businesses thrive through people-first strategies.

Before launching People Finders, she was a working partner at 1st Choice Staffing Ltd (1999-2018) where she led the company through major acquisitions and spearheaded its successful sale. Known for her integrity, adaptability, and commitment to client success, Lisa specializes in building strong teams, guiding organizational change, and driving meaningful results.

She’s also a passionate advocate for workplace safety, transparency, and continuous improvement—bringing personalized, strategic support to every partnership.
